Although I am not able to share samples of client work due to confidentiality, below you will find several projects which demonstrate my approach to eLearning development:
Quit Smoking
An excerpt from a "Quit Smoking" course designed to emphasize the impacts of smoking and benefits of quitting. The module is structured to:
- Start with cold hard facts, that smoking claims 15,000+ lives per year.
- Address the fact that most people make multiple attempts before successfully quitting (destigmatising the act of trying and failing).
- Calculate total number of cigarettes smoked, tar ingested, and dollars spent based on the learner's current smoking pattern.
- Demonstrate the immediate, mid term and long term benefits of quitting, building on any motivation formed in step 3.
Your first AeroPress coffee
A simple learning module created to demonstrate the basic features of Articulate 360. Learners participate in a course (not shown) which outlines the basic features of Articulate such as adding sound, images and animations. At the conclusion of the course, learners will have created a module similar to this.
Ask Albert (LLM chatbot - Proof of concept)
Large Language Model chatbot access within an Articulate Storyline module with optional text to speech via the elevenlabs.io API. The chatbot remembers the last 10 questions and answers, and can be primed with specific information or instructions relevant to the module content. The user can review the conversation history using the "Show conversation history" toggle switch
